How to pick a pub by location

If you’re looking for a pub by location there are a few things to keep in mind. First of all, if you’re staying in town then it’s likely easiest to head over to the pub on your corner. If you’re looking for something a little more off-the-beaten path then we recommend heading out of town. If you want plenty of bars with cheap drinks but also want good food for when your buzz starts wearing off than head down towards Trinity College Dublin. The best pubs near me? Here’s what I think!

Anchor Brewing Company is one of San Francisco’s oldest breweries and brewing companies. The brewery was first founded in 1896 and is still running strong today. It’s located right off Pier 321⁄2 at Embarcadero North which is right by Fisherman’s Wharf.

Does it have outdoor seating?

I love going out for a pint at a pub. It’s a great way of meeting new people, getting a bite to eat, or just relaxing with friends. But not all pubs are created equal—some have better beers than others or offer better food—so it’s important to do your research before heading out for your next drink. Here are some of my favorite pubs in Boston…

What are the local customers like?

Bars are usually a place for locals to congregate. In an area with a lot of bars nearby, each bar will have its own community. You’ll often see people from one bar at another bar on their nights off or after work. The pub community is strong because everyone knows everyone. That’s why it’s so hard for a new pub to start taking business away from an established one.

Is it kid-friendly?

Local establishments are often on social media these days, which makes it easy for people to connect with them even if they don’t live nearby. Some of my favorite local pubs have accounts on Instagram that I follow just so I can keep up with them. I like following those more than their Facebook page because there’s more personal content. On their account, you might see a photo of a new menu item or an update about what’s going on in the pub that week. One place I like has an ongoing series called Beer School where they teach people all about different styles of beer over several weeks. It’s really cool and a great way to learn something new while hanging out with friends at the same time!
